Solar Relocation Services is the worst. They packed my furniture for a move to Canada and 8 months later they delivered my shipment. They charged me approximately $30,000.00 Canadian dollars which I had to pay up front, then they spent all of their money and couldn’t pay all the carriers involved in moving my personal shipment. I fought with them for 2 straight months before they finally found the money to pay their debts. Over 8 months after they picked my personal belongings up, they were finally delivered to me in Alberta, Canada. They amount of breakage and destruction is horrible, that is when I found out they fraudulently charged me an insurance premium but the did not pay the insurance company so now I have no money to try and replace the items they smashed. They admitted to me they owe me the money they charged me for insurance and didn’t provide the coverage but since December they have been ghosting me. They no longer answer phone calls or emails and they will do nothing to help me recover the losses I suffered. This company is horrible and their Canadian counterpart is equally terrible. Their name is Canadian Relocation Services out if Vancouver. Under no circumstances deal with either of these companies. They steal from their customers and do nothing to assist them. I have given this company every opportunity to do the right thing, since they will do nothing I will be contacting the Mexican Embassy in Ottawa to report their poor business practices as well as the PROFECO office in Mexico City.Read more

Por favor, necesitamos que nos apoyen pagamos la mudanza desde julio para que la realizaran el 30 de agosto 2022 estamos a 16 de noviembre y ahora envían un correo para contratar a alguien más que la envié de Miami cuando el acuerdo fue de casa a casa
Nadie constesta los teléfonos no hay respuesta de los múltiples correos nos atendió un señor alemán [Nombre eliminado por Sirelo] y todo ha sido un lío se pago al 100 % y nadie nos ayuda por gay alguien puede intervenir para terminar mi mudanza !!! Estamos muy preocupados por nuestros bienes

4 meses desde que salimos de Mexico, nuestras cosas no solo no han salido, no hay fecha de salida y lo peor es que es un pésimo servicio. No contestan correos, celulares ni teléfonos. No sabemos nada de esta empresa que se supone tienen17 años dedicándose a esto.

4 meses y aún no ha salido nuestro contenedor de Mexico. No han cumplido con nada y la verdad no se cuando (si) voy a recibir mis pertenencias
4 months and our container still hasn’t left Mexico. Haven’t complied with anything. Honestly I don’t know when (if) I will receive my stuff.

Contrate a esta empresa de solarrelocacion, llegaron a empacar el 30 de agosto 2021.
Parecio todo bien y bien protegido.
Despues empezo el relajo. Me dijeron al inicio que tarda en completo 40-50 dias. Despues de 10 dias maximo estara todo en el buque para mandar, el buque necesita alrededor de 25 dias y con la aduana aqui en espana hasta que esta aqui mas o menos 10 dias...
Planee todo para tener mis cosas despues de este tiempo aqui en un departamento adecuado todo arreglado. Hasta ahora noch estan mis cosas aqui. Hoy es el 02 de diciembre. Estamos con 93 dias hoy. Necesitaba comprarme muchas cosas para continuar aqui, tambien para el trabajo......Que normalmente no necesitaba, porque estan entre mis cosas mandadas....
Dudo que mis cosas mandaron, que hay algo en la caja...
Ademas debi pagar impuestos y ahora quieren por demora mas dinero, es un robo grande que es un servicio horrible
Con cuidado con los comentarios, nadie escribio como llegaron las cosas o llegaron,
Al inicio el servicio parece excelente, pero no es asi, experencia vivida
Ademas el responsable no tiene respeto , parece un machista de forma horrible

Comunicacion continua, excelente personal calificado, trato uno a uno con el cliente. Mucha puntualidad con el correo electronico, Asi como con las fechas acordadas para el empaque, documentation etc, y una amabilidad increible. La recomiendo? Por supuesto que si! Mejor no ha podido ser. Altamente recomendada.
