Excellent service from start to finish. I moved some furniture that I inherited from Mexico to the US. The company handled all paperwork, packing, and unloading. They kept me up to date with regular updates and were very punctual with their delivery.

The worst service, i have been waiting for more than 6 months for a resolution regarding their employees that stole things when packing and unpacking for an international freight service. You pay for an insurance to cover anything like that, but they have never finish the 'investigation'. They charge a lot of money for their services saying they are reliable, which they are not. Worst company. Do not use their services. Very unprofessional.Many customers had the same experiences, that why the have 3.8, should be 0. Worst company tocdeal with.

Terrible! Firstly they'll ruin your valuables, then they'll compensate you way less than the actual damage repairing cost. Then they'll justify their little compensation with the loopholes of their terms and conditions. Absolutely not recommended. Stay away!

Moved from Mexico to Australia in Oct 2019. Very professional and effective doing the removal from my apartment in Mexico City. Really impressed on how well packaging was done. More than half of my belongings stayed in a storage in Melbourne for two years and I was pleasantly surprised they stayed in perfect conditions, mostly thanks to the way things were packaged. Highly recommended and would hire again for sure

We moved from Redmond Washington to Playa Del Carmen. GOU was our agent in Mexico. The goods arrived earlier than expected, the crew that off loaded and set up our furniture were very professional. Leslie guided us through the import process which was stress free. Excellent experience.
