We had an excellent experience with Crown Relocations Mexico. From the very first contact, Daniel was professional, responsive, and reassuring during what can otherwise be a stressful process.
The initial inventory was handled via a video call, which was efficient, thorough, and well organized. It gave us immediate confidence that nothing would be overlooked and that the estimate was being built thoughtfully and accurately.
The packing team was truly exceptional. Their care and precision in handling our furniture, art, and belongings was almost art-like in itself. Every piece was meticulously wrapped, protected, and packed with obvious experience and pride in their work. It was clear they understood the value—both financial and sentimental—of what they were handling.
Communication throughout the process has been outstanding. Daniel and Karen have been consistently responsive, clear, and proactive, keeping us informed at every step and quickly addressing any questions or concerns. I recently had the pleasure of working with Crown Relocations of Mexico City, and I’m extremely impressed with the service provided so far. I started my move with Daniel Trujillo, who patiently answered all my questions and promptly provided a detailed quote based on my list of goods and furniture to be shipped from Mexico to Europe. His clear communication made the whole process stress-free from the very beginning.
After completing all the necessary paperwork, Daniel transferred my account to Karen Galindo, who has been exceptional in scheduling the movers for my home. Karen's weekly updates have kept me fully informed as the team packed everything and transported my belongings to their shipping facility in Veracruz. I’m happy to report that my container has now set sail for Europe!
Based on the smooth and professional handling of the Mexico side of the move, I’m giving Crown Relocations a 5-star rating. I’m looking forward to the next phase and will update my review once my items have been delivered and unpacked by their European team.

I wanted to follow up as promised. My items cleared customs quickly and the delivery was scheduled right afterwards. The team of movers were on time, brought all my items and boxes into my flat, unpacked the boxes, placed everything, put together a couple of things that they had disassembled in Mexico, and everything arrived in perfect condition. At the end, they promptly removed all of the empty boxes and packing materials. I am very happy with the move and highly recommend Crown Relocations for anyone thinking of making a move.

We have had excellent experiences with Crown Relocations. The move from Mexico to Germany was managed very professionally. Even in the run-up, the communication was extremely customer-oriented. The space requirements were measured by video tool and this was so reliable that there were no changes later. The packing of the moving goods was excellent and at the same time space efficient. The container was not sent on its way until all the paperwork was available. The cooperation with Henk International worked flawlessly, so that the import to Germany, despite all potential customs imponderables, went well. We can highly recommend Crown Relocations as an international forwarding partner!
